Practical Care Continuum hires experienced Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides as well as caring individuals who want to provide companion care. Basic training is available for individuals who want to start a career in the home care environment and we offer C.N.A. scholarships to those who qualify.
After we receive your application and you have met our qualifications, we will have you come into the office for an interview. After the interview process, we may contact you about coming in for our next orientation.
